Peugeot 106 Rallye tu5j2 head package
A nice R&D project. To design a fast street cylinder head package. We have achieved some nice results
152 hp and 170nm. Unfortunately we had some problems with the standard ecu and are going to place a dta t2. We expect around 160hp and 180nm and a powerband from 3250 to 7750rpm.
The specs of the engine:
. Tu5jp bottom end
. Adjustable RSX camshaft pulley
· PROAMRD 280 degrees Ultimate street camshaft
· Custom exhaust valves
· Exhaust and inlet channels ported
· Custom valve guides
· Custom valvestemseals
· Modified 1.3 inlet manifold + modified throttle body
· Maniflow 4-2-1 manifold
· Satchell aluminium crankpulleys
· ProAmRD design prototype carbon airbox
What will be changed on the engine in the future:
-ProAmRD 1.6 TU5 exhaust line and exhaust 4-1 manifold
-ProAmRD 8v MSD holder
-DTA T2
-Custom ecu case
